Kahina · London
Kahina advises executives, boards, and institutions on the communication, negotiation, and organizational trust that high-stakes decisions depend on. The practice of Hen Mazzig. Engagements are selective and conducted with discretion.
“Almost anyone can command attention. Very few can be believed. Kahina was built for the second problem.”
Most advisory work optimizes for the message. Kahina works one level deeper, on whether an audience, a counterpart, or a public actually trusts what they are hearing, and why that trust holds under pressure.
The firm was founded on a simple premise: genuine trust across real disagreement can be built deliberately. It can be taught, tested, and applied to problems well beyond any single conversation. That is the discipline behind every engagement the firm accepts.
Engagements are scoped individually. These are the forms they typically take.
Direct advisory for principals and leadership teams, and keynote or masterclass sessions on trust-based communication for offsites and closed-door gatherings.
Standing advisory or board roles focused on communications strategy, reputational risk, and cross-cultural organizational dynamics.
Structured engagements for organizations navigating a merger, a leadership transition, or a period of internal fracture, rebuilding functioning trust between people who now have to work together.
A licensed curriculum and practitioner certification for institutions that want to build this capability internally, rather than retain it engagement by engagement.
Discreet advisory for institutions and public bodies on communication strategy in periods of scrutiny, transition, or public trust repair.

Kahina is the practice through which that work is applied directly to organizations. It is engaged separately from his public writing and his philanthropic commitments, and governed independently of them.
Three commitments that shape every engagement.
Kahina takes on a small number of engagements at a time, by design, so that each one receives the depth the work requires.
Client relationships, government or otherwise, are never disclosed without explicit permission. Confidentiality governs every engagement from the first conversation.
Kahina's advisory work is commercial and independently contracted, separate in scope, funding, and governance from any nonprofit or philanthropic work its principal is involved with.
Kahina takes on a limited number of engagements each year. Initial conversations are confidential and without obligation.
